Drafted by the Montreal Canadians, third round, 61st overall in the 1980 NHL Entry Draft. Signed with the Montreal Candians in 1982. Played with the Montreal Canadians from 1982/82 to 1989/90 seasons. Played with New York Islanders in 1990/91 season. Played with Minnesota North Stars from 1991/92 to 1992/93 seasons. Played with Dallas Stars from 1993/94 to 1998/99 seasons. Was an assistant coach for the Utah Grizzlies in 2000/01 season. Was an assistant coach for the Dallas Stars in 2001/02 season.
